What is your turn around time?

Our current turn around time is 1-3 business days. For larger ciustom orders, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your VM District purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date on non custom items. The item must be in its original condition with tags attached. Please note that we do not offer refunds on shipping charges.
